Knowledge Transfer and Training Plan Collapse
The Contractor shall develop (in cooperation with the [Project Name] Project Office) a Knowledge Transfer and Training Plan to describe the approach for bringing managers, end users and technicl personnel to a familiar level of understanding with how the new system works and how it differs from the system being replaced.
