Implementation Plan Collapse
The implementation Plan shall describe the Contractor's operational preparation necessary for implementating the [Project Name] system. It should describe the scope, impact analysis, installation of network, hardware, software, security, documentation, training, data conversion, interfaces, and staff transition to the new system.

Information Technology Procurement Plan (ITPP) Collapse
The ITPP is a DGS mandated document that describes the strategy the project office will use (e.g. firm-fixed price, cost-plus) in procuring goods and services from a vendor. The ITPP is prepared in conjunction with the FSR or initial IAPD. The format of the ITPP is controlled by DGS.

Interface Plan Collapse
The Interface Plan shall describe the unique interfaces involved with the new system. It presents the systems functional, technical, and operational design that accurately reflects the contractor’s creation and support of these interfaces.

Issue and Escalation Process Collapse
The Issue and Escalation Process describes how the project identifies, tracks and manages issues and action items that are generated throughout the project life cycle. The process also defines how to escalate an issue to a higher-level of management for resolution and how resolutions are documented.
