Governance Plan Collapse
The Governance Plan describes the specific roles and responsibilities of the project and its stakeholders, focusing primarily on authority level and decision-making structure. While some high-level roles and responsibilities are discussed in the Project Charter and/or the Interagency Agreement, the Governance Plan contains the detailed list. For small projects with few stakeholders, this document may be absorbed into the Master Project Plan.
